Do I need a credit card to try StemForge?
No. The free tier requires no account and no payment info. Just
open the app and start separating.
What does "unlimited separations" actually mean?
Pro subscribers can process as many files as they need, with no daily cap. Fair use applies — this is designed for individual producers and engineers, not API resellers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No annual contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your Stripe billing portal and your Pro features stay active until the end of the billing period.
When will MIDI extraction and batch processing be live for Pro?
Drum MIDI extraction is live now for files separated through the app. Full batch processing (queue multiple files at once) is shipping next. Pro subscribers get early access to both features the moment they're live.
What models power the separation?
We use Meta's Demucs mdx_extra_q — the same model used by professional audio engineers. No snake-oil, no proprietary black box.
Is my audio stored anywhere?
Your audio is processed and discarded. We don't retain your files or use them for training. Separation happens via Gradio's Demucs Space — stems are temporary URLs that expire.
